Here, the menu is woven into the experience as much as the setting — the delicate balance of fragrant herbs in the pho and the subtle sweetness of boba teas are thoughtfully paired with a quiet ambiance that encourages connection and reflection. Whether you’re savoring a smooth taro milk tea or indulging in the house’s special fried rice, there’s a softly satisfying quality that lingers well beyond the plate or cup.

It’s a space where customization isn’t just possible but encouraged, reflecting a laid-back but attentive tone that makes regular visits feel like returning to an old friend’s kitchen. The portions respect both appetite and price, inviting both a casual stop or a more settled meal.
Boba House Express and Blossom’s atmosphere embraces subtle contrasts — the lively cheer of a family gathering or friends sharing boba teas alongside the quiet corners where one can savor a moment alone with a strawberry banana smoothie or a freshly made spring roll. The friendly, relaxed nature of the spot invites discovery, inviting guests to enjoy thoughtful, well-crafted Vietnamese classics alongside creative tea blends in a space that feels both grounded and welcoming.

Food and service was . I ask to make my papaya salad the way I like it and she did. Nice chill environment. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again. Please ppl don’t mistake this boba blossom, It’s under new management. I seen reviews from few years back. This is new management from this year. Come give a try. Food is great n service is friendly.

They recently added the pho restaurant side. Central people do not need to go far for pho now. Pho is excellent . Beefy with tiny fatty floating around. Hot Chilli oil is so good. Price is higher with a good portion. Also got popcorn chicken, dark meat. Cross fried. Good space. Boba tea also good quality, not very sweet, creamy. *homeless are there, please don't feed or give them anything. They will continue to stay otherwise.

The Thai boat pho was flavorful and delicious even after adding additional side ingredients for my preferences. The broth was great. The egg and taste great, and the banh mi was delicious as well — the chef even brought over the spicy paste on the side and I have to say it tasted great with and without it. A big note: I thought the service size was very fair to the pricing of the meals and I didn't have to eat a large plate of fried rice. The service was great and they even returned to refill our water. My only slight negative point was the Sun Lychee tea with additional lychee jelly toppings. The drink wasn't what I expected; unsweet, and I didn't think that was fair, so I ordered a signature drink, the Mai thai, and it was delicious. I think I would indeed recommend folks to check it out. I would definitely come back to try the papaya salad and kaopoon/kaopoun.

Got two bowls including the Combo Pho, both very good with deep flavor. Fried rolls were also very good. Service was excellent and friendly. Atmosphere was cozy, yet family friendly.

Pho tasted clean and balanced with the right amount of herbiness and spices and the fried rice with spicy mayo was bomb! Never even knew you could eat fried rice with spicy mayo. Boba was also delicious and not overly sweet. Highly recommend. Restaurant has plenty of room to enjoy boba drinks casually or dine in. Very friendly staff. Restaurant had a peaceful private quiet atmosphere.

Pho, Boba and Banh Mi all in one place. This spot is a good choice and food is hands down some of the best in this area. We tried the vermicelli bowl, bomb. Great service, clean restaurant and the staff are all very friendly. I’ll have to come back and try their Korean wings! 10/10 recommend for value, flavor and customer service. Thank you

You could taste the freshness of the coconut & the smoothie was blended & balanced perfectly. Not too sweet & creamy! Trying a tea this time on my way out from having their amazing Pho for dinner! It’s a must try if you’re on this end of town!
